provide a helpdesk solution for the small businesses,
which combine the
desktops
support, server support, Office application support,
Internet support and development support.
To keep the cost at the lowest level, we have combined
the off-shore and on-site support too. The areas, that
can be supported remotely, like the server regular log
checking or the regular desktops activity like running
defragmentation, running error checking on the disks or
developing new application, we have moved them to
off-shore location, where we start charging like
USD 15 per hour/incident
to the client. The on-site activities, which are charged
at a higher but reasonable rate can be minimised by
doing most of the regular activities remotely.
The
off-site helpdesk support is also available
round the
clock,
365 days in a year.
In case of fixed IP
Internet access, we can provide remote support
at a cost of USD 20 per hour/incident. If you do not understand
the fixed IP Internet access, we can help you in getting
that.
We
currently have
EMERGENCY
SERVICES
only available at Tokyo location. Other locations, can
use our remote support offer. Charges remains same.
